Water bottle refill points

Drinking water fountains are installed in the D&E Foyer (by Sociology reception) and in the Sociology Common Room.

Books for re-use

If you have any books for re-use that may be of interest to others in the department then please feel free to leave them in the Sociology Common Room.

Please take care to only leave books that are in good condition and suitable for re-use.

Bag exchange

A bag exchange is operating in Rootes Grocery Store so people can donate or borrow any spare bags.

Re-usable coffee cup discounts

Single use plastic bags and cups have been removed from university outlets and incentives like loyalty stamps and discounts are available to encourage people to bring their own reusable cups with them.

Warwick Swap

Any University furniture and equipment which becomes surplus to requirement can be advertised on Warwick Swap (linked here). Please note that university owned items must not be removed from campus for home use.

If the item you no longer need has some potential value, you may be able to sell it through UniGreenScheme and get some money back for it.
