Yoga and Wellness

10.30am - 11am, 10th November 2021, In Person Event in WBS Building, Room 3.003

Yoga for Wellbeing will be led by Jude Evans, an experienced practitioner of yoga & movement who has a wide range of knowledge about health & wellbeing resources across the campus. You don't have to have done yoga before but need to be open-minded and ready for a really good stretch.

What you need:

  • A yoga mat or towel
  • Blanket and/or layers
  • Comfortable clothing.
  • Water

This session is suitable for all abilities, the pace will be set by the class and their abilities however if you are new to yoga let Jude when you arrive.
