The influence of dyadic interactions on the affect and the cognitions of the dyad members

A summary of the research area

The research work will study the within person changes and changes at the dyadic level of the influence of proactive work behaviour in organisations. I am interested in the short-term affective changes and the cognitive changes that occur in the supervisor subordinate dyads.
