Keeping in Touch
The General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR for short) is a really positive step towards you having more control over how your data is used and how you're contacted. The changes will also help to better protect your personal data. As part of these changes, you may find organisations asking you how you would like to be contacted.
As a member of the Warwick Laksh Family, we need you to let us know if you still wish to remain on our mailing lists, be contacted by us and receive updates on the Programme and about the Laksh Foundation after your placement has concluded. If you do want us to keep in touch with you, please complete the short form below and check the box to say to say you are happy for us to keep your name and email address on file. This data, along with the year you took part in the programme will be stored securely in an encrypted file and will not shared with any third party organisations. All other personal data which you provided upon signing up for the programme has been handled as detailed in the Privacy Notice attached to the forms you completed and will be deleted and destroyed, and will not been shared with any third party organisations, other than those acting as agents for the University at the time of your placements.
If you are happy for us to keep in touch, please check the box below to indicate your preference. If you do not update your preferences you will automatically cease to receive any communications from the Programme Manager of the Warwick Laksh Programme. Your evaluation forms will be retained on a secure server and only used for the purposes of evaluation of the Programme and future improvements to the Programme (please refer to the Privacy Policy attached to the feedback forms for further details on how we will process, store and use this data).
You can change your mind at any time.
Simply contact Programme Manager, Helen Knight via h.j.knight@warwick.ac.uk and advise that you would like to be removed from our contact list, and/or revoke permissions for us to use your images, recordings and quotations.
