Student records unavailable from 18 May until 19 May
The "Production" Student Records System (also known as SITS) will be unavailable from 00:30 on Monday 18th May until 13:30 on Tuesday 19th May 2009 (although there is a risk that the unavailability period may need to be extended until 17:30 on Tuesday 19th May) due to planned maintenance.
During this period, there will be no staff access to the application, no staff access through local ODBC applications and no online connectivity for staff or students via the eVision portal application. Other services which rely on access the Student Records System (for example Exam Timetabling, Invigilator Management, the Direct Debit Registration process and the Photo Submission service) will be suspended for the duration of the upgrade.
The "Archive" Student Records System will also be unavailable during the same period.

New Exam Timetable System
The current Exam Timetabling system will be replaced with a new system this Friday at 10:30. The functionality is broadly the same but you will see differences in terms of look and feel. The new system will be easier to maintain.

Student Records System upgrade
Student Records Downtime 8 January from 09:00 to 10:00
The "Production" Student Records System (also known as SITS) will be unavailable for 1 hour on Thursday 8th January between 09:00 and 10:00 for essential maintenance. This work will help resolve the stability of the hardware, which caused two incidents towards the end of last year.
During this period, there will be no staff access to the application, no staff access through local ODBC applications and no online connectivity for staff or students via the eVision portal application. Other services which rely on access the Student Records System (for example the Direct Debit Registration process and the Photo Submission service) will be suspended for the duration of the upgrade. The "Archive" Student Records System will also be unavailable for the same period.

The Communications Office will shortly be releasing a new online People Search facility https://peoplesearch.warwick.ac.uk which allows you to search in a variety of ways.

The live Student Records System (also known as Dolphin or SITS) will be unavailable from 16:30 on Friday 15th February until 10:00 on Tuesday 19th February, in order to upgrade to version 7.4.1.
The "Archive" Student
Records System will also be unavailable from 16:30 Friday 15th
February
until 10:00 Friday 22nd February.
