Wireless Internet Access in University House

The University House Atrium and Coffee Bar and Restaurant now benefit from a wireless internet ‘hotspot’, where suitably equipped laptops and handheld devices can access the internet at speeds of around 11 megabytes per second, equivalent to around twenty times as fast as a home broadband connection.


Warwick Students Tie Weblinks with IBM

Two third year University of Warwick students, James Bell and Julian Friedman, have been recognised by IBM as technology talent for the future. This summer, they have spent 12 weeks participating in Extreme Blue - IBM’s premier student internship scheme for top students from all over the world.


Internet Access Restrictions - Update

Warwickshire School pupils 1st to Use UK's Most Advanced Maths Research Centre

The most advanced Maths research centre in the UK has its official opening day on Saturday 12th June and the first people to use it will be maths pupils from Warwickshire Schools.
