The aim of this questionnaire is to gather information about the skills and experience you use in your current job at the University or relevant skills from a previous/current role or hobby external to the University. A database of skills and experience across the Technician group will be available to assist with filling skill gaps across departments, where needed, or even local Universities (Midlands Innovation Network) where there may be skills shortages or a development opportunity. It can also be a useful tool for individuals wishing to network, obtain advice and guidance or select a mentor with the aim of developing current skills or obtaining information on potential new areas of work.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Please tell us about your skills and experience under the headings below, indicating specific examples in the boxes provided. It would also be helpful to understand the level of skill you possess, e.g. basic, good, operational, advanced, expert, qualified to train others. Feel free to comment on anything additional that you feel is relevant. This information need not be limited to your experience at the University and, where relevant, should include experience gained from voluntary or honorary positions or any hobbies that you undertake.
**Please note, if you want to fill in the questionnaire over a few sessions and not in one go, you will need to press send form after each session, then when you come back to the form each time you can continue, your previous submissions will automatically be deleted and only the most recent submission will show.**
