- If your contract does not include a particular vacation period you will have to vacate your room and remove your belongings for the duration of this period. Rooms on campus may be available during the vacation period however this will be subject to availability across campus.
- If you are an incoming visiting or exchange student studying at Warwick we would look to offer you a contract only for the time you are at Warwick.

Building works
During the year there will be building works carried out across campus. This may affect some residences but every effort will be made to keep noise, disruption and inconvenience to a minimum.

Number of rooms
The number of rooms on our residence webpages describes the total number of rooms in the residence rather than the number allocated to students.
Level access provision
Please note that we may have more rooms adapted for accessibility requirements than are required for any given academic year, so it is possible that students who do not require adaptations may be allocated to an adapted room.
