Set around courtyards and beautifully landscaped green spaces, Claycroft is ideally situated on the edge of central campus, close to Cannon Park Shopping Centre which offers a great range of shops and eateries on your doorstep.
We're investing in your future campus experience and are carrying out essential maintenance and refurbishment work at Claycroft over the upcoming academic year. As part of this, students will move to a different room within Claycroft during their tenancy, where some areas will have been refreshed. We will provide support to help make this transition as smooth as possible.

Being the closest residence to Tesco, Claycroft is slightly further away from central campus, but only just. The bathrooms are shared between two students and the kitchens, eight. Rent is very reasonable. I personally love the little grassy area outside.

Claycroft is being refurbished and students will be required to move to a different room within Claycroft during their tenancy, where some areas will have been refreshed. We will be supporting and communicating with students when they need to move to their new home to minimise any inconvenience

The Warwick Community
Enjoy independent living alongside other Warwick students but in the comfort of a safe, supportive community. Our Residential Community Team live amongst students in our accommodation offering support as well as free social events throughout the year. You’ll also have a Residence Hub where a friendly member of the team will be available to help with any queries you may have about living in your residence such as cleaning or maintenance.
Then there’s the Community Safety Team, available day and night to provide pastoral care and protect the safety of everyone living and studying within the Warwick community.
