Is Wi-Fi access included?
Free access to our wireless network is included for all our guests and delegates. It is designed to be available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
How do I connect to the Wi-Fi?
You can use the Warwick Guest wireless network anywhere on campus. This operates on a self-service basis, much like public wireless networks in cafes and airports.
Although there is no charge, users must register for an account and agree to the terms of use in order to use the network facilities. Users can register using a web browser on their wireless device and a password will be sent to their mobile phone as an SMS text message.
I'm having trouble connecting. Where can I get help?
The University of Warwick IT Services team provide further help and guidance on accessing the Warwick Guest wireless network.
Where is Wi-Fi available?
All of our conference venues have full wireless network coverage so you can always stay connected.
Is there Wi-Fi access in the bedrooms?
You will be able to access the wireless network from any of our bedroom spaces.
Business Centre
What facilities are offered by the business centres?
Our centres include PC facilities, fully equipped with Microsoft Office. There is also a printer, photocopier, scanner, fax and telephone.
Where are the business centres located?
You will find one in Scarman and Radcliffe.
I'm staying at the Central Campus Venues. Will I have access to a Business Centre?
Delegates staying at the Central Campus Venues have access to a conference reception with PC facilities and printers. The reception is open 7.00am-11.00pm.
Who is allowed to use them?
Any delegate can use a business centre.
What are the opening hours?
They are 24 hour so are always available for use.
Are they free to access?
Yes, access is included for all our delegates.
Do I have to pay for printing?
Charges will apply for printing and photocopying. Details can be found in the business centres.
