Warwick Food & Drink | Annual Price Review September 2025
Warwick Food and Drink annual price review- September 2025
We’ve recently completed our annual price review and are pleased to share some positive news.
Prices held for a second year running
Over 80% of our catering products remain at the same price as last year and nearly 10% are now lower. A small number of items (just over 9%) have seen modest increases, due to supplier costs and external factors beyond our control.
Listening to your feedback
We’ve worked to reduce the price of selected gluten-free products, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and customer care.
Benchmarking for fairness
To ensure our pricing remains competitive, we’ve benchmarked our offer against 6 other university-owned catering providers. Warwick Food & Drink sits comfortably mid-range overall, offering excellent value on everyday favourites like brewed tea and coffee.
Exploring alternatives
We’ve reviewed a range of external sandwich suppliers as part of our commitment to quality and service. While several options were considered, none matched the freshness, consistency and standards our customers expect. We’ll continue to monitor the market to ensure we’re offering the best possible experience.
Committed to inclusivity
We try to make our food work for everyone. That means offering vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, and making it easier to ask for changes. We also consider allergies and cultural preferences, so more people can feel welcome and well looked after.
Looking ahead
While many providers are planning price increases of up to 20% in the coming year, we remain focused on delivering quality, value and a service that works for everyone on campus.
