Inclusive Pedagogies Training

Summary: Warwick staff were invited to participate in a series of online workshops exploring key topics in inclusive education. Designed for educators and facilitators, the workshops provided practical strategies and collaborative discussions to enhance inclusivity across learning environments.

Summary: A development programme for disabled, LGBTQUIA+, and ethnic minority staff, as well as those who have experienced barriers to career progression through experiences such as career beaks or caring responsibilities.
EDI and Justice student-led staff training

Summary: An innovative project in which students co-create and facilitate staff training workshops on the challenges faced by students from underrepresented groups.

Research Culture Forum

Summary: A forum which brings researchers together from all levels to discuss inclusive topics, share best practice and influence developments. Themes covered in the Research Culture Forum include inclusive research communities, researcher wellbeing and EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion) practices.

INspire

Summary: A programme designed to support leaders who face well documented barriers getting into top leadership positions. Through bespoke sessions, peer mentoring, coaching, and opportunities to converse with leaders from a wide range of sectors, INspire participants have had the opportunity to explore their unique identity as a leader and plan career paths.
