Professor Emma Flynn, Warwick’s new Provost, shared how her biggest failures have helped to define her, enabling her to get where she is today. Emma described both her personal and professional journey and welcomed questions from the audience.
Professor Kiran Trehan
Kiran is Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Partnerships and Engagement at the University of York and Director of the Centre for Women’s Enterprise, Leadership, Economy & Diversity. She is a key contributor to debates on leadership, enterprise development and diversity in small firms and business. Kiran has led a number of leaderships, enterprise and business support initiatives and has extensively published a number of journal articles, policy reports, books and book chapters in the field.
Carla Miller
Warwick alumna Carla Miller is a leadership coach, trainer and keynote speaker who works with women to develop their careers and their confidence. She also supports employers to develop and retain their female talent, build their pipeline of female leaders and encourage male ally-ship.

Dr Claire Lucas, is Director of Studies for Biomedical, Systems and General Engineering.
