To ensure that Estates remains statutorily and legally compliant and to keep people and buildings safe. This is underpinned by seeking assurance through Audits and Inspections.

To provide advice on compliance relating to security information management activities, and Health and Safety (Construction).

To manage identified asbestos containing materials within our premises, the Permit to Work and Access System for higher risk activities, acquisition of new or replacement property, or agreed co-location accommodation by way of freehold, telecoms site-sharing licences, wayleave agreements, lease or licence interests.
