The Service Desk
During opening hours, the Service Desk is staffed by the Service Desk team in Estates based at Argent Court. Please be aware that outside of working hours the Service Desk will not be monitored.
In the event of an emergency, any urgent requests should be be reported to the Community Safety Team by telephone.
