Where We Source Our Food

Sourced with Care

Food that is good for people and planet is a core part of the Eatwise values. That’s why we source ingredients from as close to campus as possible, from University land, local and regional producers and from the UK, importing only when absolutely necessary. We use product that is in season and at its best, even when imported. We change our menus regularly to make the most of seasonal produce and we work with our suppliers to ensure we know where our products come from and what their impact on the environment is
