On 7 July 2021, on the recommendation of the Academic Integrity Sub-Group, the Senate approved:

• A new Regulation 11 "Academic Integrity" (Part A) (and associated procedure and guidance) to replace Regulation 11 "Procedure to be Adopted in the Event of Suspected Cheating in a University Test"
• Revisions to Regulation 10 "Examinations Regulations"
• Revisions to Regulation 36 "Student Registration, Attendance and Progress"

all with effect from the beginning of the 2021-22 academic year (4 October 2021) and for all students of the University of Warwick.

These changes were noted by the Council on 14 July 2021.
