It is important to know how to contact IDG (Information & Digital Group) for help and support. However, before reaching out, you can explore the knowledge available through online articles and resources – a solution to your problem, or answer to your question, may already exist.

How to request a service or report an issue (incident)

For technical issues such as connectivity problems or malfunctioning equipment, using the Self-Service Portal can often provide the quickest and most straightforward solution. By accessing the portal, users can report incidents or request services, generating dedicated tickets known as incident numbers, formatted as INCxxxxxx (for example INC0557155)

The ticket will be processed by an assigned service provider and technical team, and they might contact you to discuss any issues. Browse the IDG ServicePortal to request your service or report an issue and track your requests: https://warwick.service-now.com/sp

You can navigate through sections or simply just search with keywords.
