Release notes for web applications

We released SiteBuilder version 2.612 on Tuesday 13^th May 2025. This update makes no user-facing changes, but includes a number of bug fixes and support for future features.

We released Tabula version 2025.5.1 on Thursday 8^th May 2025. This release includes no changes to user-facing functionality, but updates headings related to unrecorded monitoring points to use sentence case, in line with University style guidelines.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.611 on Thursday 8^th May 2025. Changes in this update include:

• SiteBuilder Forms: It's now possible to delete files attached to a submission that's been saved to complete later.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.610 on Wednesday 30^th April 2025. Changes in this update include:

• SiteBuilder forms:
  • Online payments: Forms which allow user-defined payment values now display the custom amount in submissions.
  • Forms now correctly remember information that's been entered after reloading due to an invalid response.

We released SiteBuilder version 2.609 on Wednesday 16^th April 2025. Changes in this update include:

• SiteBuilder Forms:
  • The link to View these submissions in submission notes emails should now link to the correct results.
  • Submission receipts are now correctly sent when other addresses are CC'd.
  • Submission receipts correctly display user-specified From: address.
• Item filter page template: The tags list is now hidden from the page when no items have tags assigned.
• Page Editors and Admins have new additional features related to deleted pages, including:
  
  • View the history of deleted pages and preview their content.
  • Navigate through deleted pages and files via the Sub-pages and Files tabs. Note that files under deleted pages cannot be viewed.
  • Deleted pages display a message on their History tab with the date & time they were deleted, and the user responsible.
