We provide technical support for over 350 high definition digital signage screens across campus. These sit on ONELAN, a platform centrally administered by IT Services. Via this platform, we can deliver high-quality graphics, live TV streams, high definition videos and web content. We work closely with External Affairs, who are responsible for the development and management of content.
We provide installation, maintenance and online training materials for users of the ONELAN system.

Investing in this system means not only can we monitor all of the signage technology centrally, we also have the flexibility to support a range of other features such as live departure boards, room-based signage and touchscreen interactivity. Take a look at some examples:
Big Screen Piazza
We have an all-weather LED screen at the heart of campus. It features a powerful audio system, live streaming capabilities and an interactive camera. It can support live event coverage, society gaming, TV news, Warwick-related news and more. All content for the big screen is scheduled and approved by the Digital Communications Team.
