You can only connect to your own computer via SSH and not other staff users machines. Only administrators have permission to connect to public access workstations.

To enable ssh access on a computer you must first log on to that machine and then reboot. following this you will be able to connect from hotspot secure or any networked computer which links into the main campus network.
