They are in a folder called 'Migrated' in your home directory in the same structure as your previous home directory. All of your dot files are in a subfolder of this called old_dotfiles. You are free to merge these files into your new home directory. It is not advised to indiscriminately move old dot files, as some of the contained configurations may not work with newer versions of software in the new distribution.
