These are reviewed annually to identify new activities necessary to continually improve the service.
IT Services is committed to providing a data centre service that meets all of the current standards and the needs of the university. Currently ITS operate two data centres and are continually looking at ways of improving not only the service provided, but also reducing energy, carbon footprint and increasing efficiency of these facilities. New technologies such as "free" cooling are being trialed along with more efficient ways of providing resilient power to the facilities. |
