University card photograph submission
Service description
This service, provided via the Academic Office, enables students to upload their ID photograph on-line, for use on their University membership card, before coming to Warwick. The system uses face recognition software to automatically check the suitability of images and crop them for use on University cards.

None. Any questions relating to the photo submission service should be directed to the Academic Office.
Availability
The main period in which this service is open is in the weeks that precede the start of the academic year to enable new undergraduate students to submit their photographs. It is also opened at other times of the year for specific student cohorts. When the system is open it is available 24 hours a day, other than periods required for planned maintenance. It is only supported during standard support hours.

This service is free at the point of use.
