Alumni Services use an application called Raisers Edge as a fundraising tool.

List of standard requests

Deploying new releases on live/test environment. Supporting Raisers Edge upgrades as required.

Availability

The service is available 24/7, not withstanding periods of non-availability required for planned maintenance.
