Programme Aims
The Coaching Professional Development Programme is the first step towards developing a cohort of staff as internal coaches. The longer term aim is to develop Warwick’s own internal coaching service, whereby a cohort of qualified coaches provide coaching for colleagues in a range of contexts, to enhance individual and organisational effectiveness.
Participants on the programme must be committed to this long-term aim, and to providing up to 2 hours per month for coaching, CPD and/or supervision. You will become part of the internal coaching service.
We aim to bring together all colleagues who are trained coaches (level 5 minimum) as a community of practice, and you will be involved in shaping and co-creating the internal coaching service, and in helping to develop a coaching culture within the University.
