Preparing for Leadership Programme

The workshop is for Research Active Staff (Research focused, Teaching focused and Research & Teaching contracts) who are not yet fully independent. It is an experiential workshop with coaching and action learning to look at self, intellectual & team leadership. Delegates assess their current position and identify where they would like to be, what it takes to be in that role and create a plan to get there.

This workshop is based on a successful Vitae workshop (Vitae is funded by the UK Research Councils) which has been adapted for Warwick staff.
There is no cost to Warwick Research Active Staff to attend this workshop.

Above is a copy of the October 2016 impact report on the February 2016 cohort. The report consists of a more detailed explanation of impact as well as a summary of the feedback, which has been put into the Vitae Impact & Evaluation Framework, which is an adaptation on Kirkpatrick Model for evaluating the effectiveness of training.
