Kiran is Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Partnerships and Engagement at the University of York and Director of the Centre for Women’s Enterprise, Leadership, Economy & Diversity. She is a key contributor to debates on leadership, enterprise development and diversity in small firms and business. Kiran has led a number of leaderships, enterprise and business support initiatives and has extensively published a number of journal articles, policy reports, books and book chapters in the field.
Warwick alumna Carla Miller is a leadership coach, trainer and keynote speaker who works with women to develop their careers and their confidence. She also supports employers to develop and retain their female talent, build their pipeline of female leaders and encourage male ally-ship.
Dr Claire Lucas, is Director of Studies for Biomedical, Systems and General Engineering.
Nicola Dandridge took up her role as the first chief executive of the Office for Students in September 2017.
Dr Teresa Grant is Associate Professor in Renaissance Theatre in English and Comparative Literary Studies at Warwick. She will talk about trying to have it all, work-related stress and what makes women suffer from impostor-syndrome.
