Inclusive Personal Development Review (PDR)
Inclusive Personal Development Review (PDR) Guide
Making PDR inclusive is about ensuring that we assess performance and develop talent without bias.
PDR aims to maintain and improve employees’ contributions in line with our goals and values. It is important that every employee can discuss their achievements over the past 12 months and to set objectives for the next year. By making PDR more inclusive, you can tap into the talent of your team.
In this guide you'll find key pointers for inclusive PDR, advice on preparing for the PDR conversation, and an invitation to support staff to set social inclusion objectives.
