Football League Ref Rating
Please fill out this form after matches in any of the Warwick Sport football 11-a-side leagues. Please can the captain of each team fill out this form.
- You will be given the option to rate the referee on a scale of 1-10, and then give context as to why you rated this.
- 1 being the referee was not clear/balanced/did not give appropriate decisions.
- 10 being the referee was clear/balance/gave all appropriate decisions.
- There will also be an open text box where you can make comments about the referee – Please provide at least one positive & one constructive piece of feedback.
