Terms and conditions
- We will confirm your booking within 48-hours of receiving your booking form. Until you receive this confirmation, your booking is not confirmed.
- If you book the ‘Meet + Move’ package, access to the gym is available until 7.00pm on the day of your meeting.
- If you require food and drink for your meeting (the Meet + Move package includes hot drinks only), this can be booked via Warwick Food & DrinkLink opens in a new window.
- Please ensure your meeting finishes on time, as the meeting room may be required after your meeting. If your meeting runs over by 15 minutes or more, you will be charged an hour’s room hire rate. The rate will be dependent on the meeting room you booked.
- Any additional cleaning incurred as a result of meeting attendees bringing their own food and drink may result in a cleaning charge. This will be charged to the cost code submitted on the booking form.
- If you need to cancel your booking, 48-hours notice must be given. Failure to do this will result in the full cost of your booking being charged to the cost code submitted on the booking form.
- Warwick Sport reserves the right to cancel your booking. We will endeavour to offer you an alternative day and time.
