Accessibility & inclusivity

How we are championing accessibility

Changing rooms

We have two accessible changing rooms with a toilet, sink, shower, wet and dry areas, ceiling-track hoist and height-adjustable changing bench. We also offer individual, gender-neutral changing rooms and larger cubicles for families.

Easy access

The Sports & Wellness Hub offers step-free or lift access throughout, wide doors, accessible signage with raised lettering and wheelchair spaces in all spectator areas.

Quiet hour

Quiet Hour runs every Thursday from 9.00am-11.00am, creating a calmer, low-sensory environment for those who prefer a quieter experience. This includes practical changes such as turning off music throughout the Sports & Wellness Hub.

Hidden disabilities sunflower

We are a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower recognised facility, helping our staff recognise the sunflower as a discreet sign that someone may have a hidden disability and need additional support.

A pool for all

We provide a Pool Pod Lift, movable pool floor, walk-in pool steps and pool hoist, making the pool more accessible and supporting greater independence for all users.
