What is Rock Up & Play?
Rock Up & Play is exactly what is sounds like: rock up to one of our 60+ hours of free sports sessions ready to have fun, blow off some steam, and even try something new.
Rock Up & Play takes all the advantages of a sociable sports session but skips the fuss of fees and time-commitments. These sessions aren’t just a free-for-all in an open court or pitch, they’re organised and run in conjunction with a fabulous team of volunteers (also known as Activators). Activators are there to help you feel welcome and will take the lead on activities, helping you to learn new skills and gain confidence in your chosen sport. So, join in whether solo or as a group and get playing!
