There are lots of online classes available to try, and there are many benefits of taking part in a virtual fitness class. But children may need something a little different to keep them engaged.

Les Mills have recently given free access to 100+ workouts, and one class in particular will help children feel as powerful as Captain America, as strong as Thor and as agile as Black Widow.

The 5 minute taster workout features simple moves based on the different superheroes, with engaging instructors and animated backgrounds.
