Being able to balance your academic responsibilities along with your personal wellbeing is important to ensure you have a successful and enjoyable university experience. Being active plays a big role in helping to achieve this.

Here are 9 ways to help you improve your wellbeing while studying at university:

1. Be social

Making connections and maintaining personal relationships are extremely important for your mental wellbeing. Fortunately, university offers plenty of opportunities to make friends. Attending social events or joining student clubs are great ways to expand your social circle, create memories, and have fun.
