Application for Vacation Ensuite On-Campus Accommodation Subsidy


This application is for vacation accommodation that may be booked during periods that the standard annual accommodation contract does not cover. Students who might incur additional costs for on- campus ensuite accommodation as a direct result of a disability may be eligible for a subsidy towards those costs on disability grounds. Please note that you can only apply if the ensuite on-campus accommodation costs are a direct consequence of your disability and you meet eligibility criteria. You will not be considered if your costs are incurred due to preference or convenience. Applicants will be asked to provide relevant evidence to support their claim as part of the following application form. If you have already applied for, and received the ensuite subsidy for ensuite on-campus accommodation this academic year, it is not necessary for you to attach your evidence again. If you are eligible, you will receive confirmation via email and the subsidy will be applied to your student account as credit but you will initially be charged for, and are expected to pay, the full accommodation costs.
