Our new online masterclass, Feeling good and functioning well offers you help and guidance with your wellbeing, and tools to manage your anxiety. Available Monday to Thursday at 4.30pm for 30 minutes.

We provide a range of services that can help you to develop the personal resources and skills you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of student life.
