This week, you have been given the chance to shape your Students Union and University by electing candidates to your SU execs and also electing the faculty representatives who represent your academic interests in your department. I highly commend the candidates who have stood in order to represent their peers and make student-led change in the SU and University and I must stress the value of this process.
