We are pleased to announce the appointment of Gwen van der Velden to the post of Director of the Warwick International Higher Education Academy (WIHEA).

Our University Council has today announced that it has appointed Professor Christine Ennew as Warwick’s next Provost. She currently serves as Provost and Chief Executive Officer of the University of Nottingham’s Malaysia Campus, and also as a Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Professor of Marketing at the University of Nottingham.

W.W. Daniel, an Associate Fellow of the Institute for Employment Research (IER) for many years, has died after a long illness. W.W. Daniel – Bill to everyone who knew him – was one of Britain’s most prominent, outstanding and influential social scientists. He was appointed CBE in 1993.
