Pathways Mentor Training 2022/23

Thank-you for attending the mentor training in person in November. If you would like a refresher of any of the information, please find the video recording of the virtual training from last year and some useful links, at the bottom of this page.

Roles Available:

In addition to your role as Pathways mentor, working on our events and supporting our online mentoring programme, there are also additional work opportunities to support the Pathways programmes that you can sign up to.

All roles are paid opportunities.

To sign up, please register your interest by the deadline and confirm you are available to work the full role by email (pathways@warwick.ac.uk)

Additional Roles:

1. Administrative Assistant x1-2 (Hybrid - online and in person)

Throughout January/early February, we are looking for 1-2 pathways mentors to support the Pathways team with small administrative tasks such as event preparation (making labels, packing our yorkie, creating signs) and creating a programme newsletter for students including top tips for Year 12 students, event information and additional opportunities.

Date: Monday 9th - Monday 30th January 2023

Number of hours: up to 5 hours a week, total up to 15 hours

Deadline to apply: Friday 16th December

2. Pathways to Engineering National Conference Team Leader or Night Duty Staff

On 11th - 13th April 2023, we will be hosting the Pathways to Engineering National Conference at Warwick for all students across Warwick, Liverpool and Cardiff universities. We are looking to recruit mentors for our day team leader roles and night duty staff. More details about the roles, hours and pay will be sent via email.
