Offer Holders
Welcome to the Pre-University Summer School 2025!
We're delighted that you're planning to join us for the Pre-University Summer School 2025!
There are some important things that you will need to do before the joining us in July for the Pre-University Summer School, so we've put all this information together on these Offer Holder webpages. There will be details about airport transfers, parental consent/code of conduct forms, and the course handbook that you should familiarise yourself with. We will be updating these pages regularly and will also email you with any updates.
Parents/guardians of those students who are travelling independently to the UK should download and complete the 'Under 18 Travel Letter Template' and ensure their child carries it in their hand luggage for the UK border agent to look at, if requested. Access the template here.
We have held an introductory webinar recently, you can watch the recorded video here.
Remember, if you have any questions ahead of the course, please do contact us and a member of the team will be happy to help.

Airport Transfers
We are offering an airport pick up and drop off service for students who will be travelling to/from London Heathrow or Birmingham International Airport.
Course Handbook
We recommend that you read the course handbook ahead of your arrival for the course, as there is lots of useful information included that will help you to settle in quickly.
Pre-Departure Briefings
We know that there is a lot of information to process, so we will hold online pre-departure briefings for all paid (fully or deposit) Warwick Pre-University Summer School offer holder students and/or parents.
Setting up your Warwick IT account
Closer to the start of your programme, you will have receive an email with your Warwick ID number on it and instructions on how to register for a Warwick account.
Please note: We will need a recent photograph to appear on your ID card - this can be taken on a smart phone and does not need to be a professional photograph. Please read our photo guidance below uploading your photo. You can find our photo guidelines here.
Student Ambassadors
We have a wonderful team of ambassadors supporting students on the Pre-University Summer School programme this July.
You will be able to discover who will be the ambassadors on your programme and get to know all a bit more before you join the programme. Keep an eye out in June 2025 to meet your student ambassadors!
