There are some important things that you will need to do before joining us in July for the Pre-University Summer School, so we've put all this information together on these Offer Holder webpages. We will be updating these pages regularly and will also email you with any updates.

Pre-Arrival Forms
There are some important forms that we need you and your parents to complete before you can join the course. They will soon be available through our online portal. Please check back here later for access and instructions.
Airport Transfers
We are offering an airport pick-up and drop-off service for students who will be travelling to/from London Heathrow or Birmingham International Airport.
Course Handbook
We recommend that you read the course handbook ahead of your arrival for the course, as there is lots of useful information included that will help you to settle in quickly.
Pre-Departure Briefings
We will hold Pre-Departure Briefings in June to share some practical information with you before arriving and to let you know what you can expect during your stay with us. If you missed these or would like to review the information you can find the recording and handy FAQs below.
Setting up your Warwick IT account
Closer to the start of your programme, you will have receive an email with your Warwick ID number on it and instructions on how to register for a Warwick account.
Please note: We will need a recent photograph to appear on your ID card - this can be taken on a smart phone and does not need to be a professional photograph. Please read our photo guidance below uploading your photo. You can find our photo guidelines here.

We have a wonderful team of ambassadors supporting students on the Pre-University Summer School programme this July.
