We're delighted that you're planning to join us for the Pre-University Summer School 2025!
There are some important things that you will need to do before the joining us in July for the Pre-University Summer School, so we've put all this information together on these Offer Holder webpages. We will be updating these pages regularly and will also email you with any updates.

Parents/guardians of those students who are travelling independently to the UK should download and complete the 'Under 18 Travel Letter Template' and ensure their child carries it in their hand luggage for the UK border agent to look at, if requested. Pre-Arrival Forms
There are some important forms that we need you and your parents to complete before you can join the course.
Airport Transfers
We are offering an airport pick up and drop off service for students who will be travelling to/from London Heathrow or Birmingham International Airport.
Course Handbook
We recommend that you read the course handbook ahead of your arrival for the course, as there is lots of useful information included that will help you to settle in quickly.

Setting up your Warwick IT account
Closer to the start of your programme, you will have receive an email with your Warwick ID number on it and instructions on how to register for a Warwick account.
Please note: We will need a recent photograph to appear on your ID card - this can be taken on a smart phone and does not need to be a professional photograph. Please read our photo guidance below uploading your photo. You can find our photo guidelines here.
