If you will be arriving for the Pre-University Summer School from overseas, then you may like to book an airport transfer with us. We will be offering a pick-up and drop-off service as follows:

• London Heathrow Airport (LHR)
  • Pick-up: 16 July, 13:00
  • Drop-off: 26 July, 10:00
• Birmingham International Airport (BHX)
  • Pick-up: 16 July, 14:00
  • Drop-off: 26 July, 09:00

We recommend allowing at least 60 minutes between your flight arrival time and the pick-up time, and at least 2 hours between the drop-off time and your flight departure time.

Our Warwick Summer School Ambassadors will be there to meet you at the airport - further details of the pickup location and details of ambassadors (including photos, so you know who you are meeting) will be shared closer to the time.

You will travel via coach from the airport to the University of Warwick campus to complete registration, along with our Ambassadors.

Please be aware that no refunds can be given once booked. If you have booked and no longer require an airport transfer, please email us at pressadmissions@warwick.ac.uk so that we are aware not to expect you at the airport.
