What to do next?
Discover your offer holder timeline, follow the steps to respond to your offer, tick everything off the checklist and get yourself prepared for your Pre-university Summer School!
1. Pay your deposit
To secure your place at the Warwick Pre-University Summer School, you are required to pay a £1,000 deposit. To make your payment, please use the payment link in the offer email we sent to you.
2. Apply for Visa
A Visit Visa permits the following types of study in the UK, for up to six months duration. We will specify in your offer email if you will require a visa or ETA.
There are some exceptions to this, and some students will instead need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)Link opens in a new window - including students from Europe travelling to the UK on or after 2 April 2025.

*Please note that students cannot apply for their visa until 3 months before the course start date.
3. Fill out enrolment formsLink opens in a new window (January)
There are some important forms that we need you and your parents to complete before you can join the course. These will be emailed to you prior to the course start date and added to the Offer Holder page.
4. Finalise your payment
Final payments are to be made by 6 June 2025.
5. Book airport transfer service
We are offering an airport pick-up and drop-off service for students who will be travelling to/from London Heathrow or Birmingham International Airport. We will email to let you know when bookings are open.
Watch Pre-Departure Briefings
We know that there is a lot of information to process, so we will hold online pre-departure briefings for all paid (fully or deposit) Warwick Pre-University Summer School offer holder students and/or parents closer to the course start date. We will email you with a range of dates to book onto.
Read the Course Handbook
You will receive our digital handbook before you join us. We recommend that you read the course handbook ahead of your arrival for the course, as there is lots of useful information included that will help you to settle in quickly.
