Previous Study in the UK
For students who have previously studied in the UK at any level, we complete checks to ensure relevant previous study is included on the CAS. The Home Office UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) requires that we state whether you have previously studied in the UK on a Student Visa. (If the study was a while ago, this would include UK study on a previous equivalent visa e.g. the Tier 4 General Visa or a General Student Visa).
We also complete checks to ensure our sponsorship will not exceed the time limits for studying in the UK.
