Green Champion Activities
Staff & Student Green Champions are university-wide networks, who recognise and embrace that sustainability is at the heart of their future whatever career path they choose to take as it is becoming more and more important to every aspect of our lives. Green Champions have the opportunity to raise awareness on energy and water consumption, advocate for sustainable travel options, engage with plastic-free initiatives, promote sustainability in creative and engaging ways to the wider community, and many more, while earning skill points towards their Warwick Award.
We are offering a wide range of opportunities students can engage with. We also encourage students to come up with initiatives they are passionate about and email us sustainability@warwick.ac.uk with any ideas.
How to get involved?
- Send an email to sustainability@warwick.ac.uk with the list of activities you’d be happy to take on.
- Register to the Warwick Award.
- Record your participation in your chosen activities and let us know how many hours you’ve worked, so we can verify your contributions.
