Within the framework of the Education Strategy, staff and students will continue to work on a range of projects and initiatives to enhance education and the student experience at Warwick. If you are interested in finding out more or getting involved with an activity featured within the Education Strategy, you could:

- Speak to your Departmental Education Committee
- Learn more via your Faculty Education Committee
- Contribute to one of our consultations on new sub-strategies or programmes (see below)

Curriculum Development We are bringing together expertise across the university to improve and build the support available for course teams to design, review and refine curricula - whether they belong to brand new courses or existing courses in of a refresh.

Sharing innovation and good practice
Shaping the next Institutional Teaching and Learning Review
To engage as many colleagues as possible, the deadline to submit feedback on the ITLR consultation has been extended to 20 May 2022. Read about some of the emerging common themes identified via feedback received so far and share your thoughts.
Curriculum Review: Give your input
As we start to develop practical support for programme teams on implementing curriculum design and review, colleagues are invited to help shape and inform the discussion about the toolkit, resources and support model being developed. See the dates for Curriculum Review workshops.

Finding support and advice
Educational development
Leadership Management and Development (LMD)
The Leadership Management and Development Centre (LMD) provides tailored, high quality learning opportunities for University staff, offering a range of opportunities from workshops and accredited courses, to coaching and mentoring – all free for University staff.
Teaching and Learning Unit (within ADC)
The Academic Development Centre (ADC) is responsible for the strategic direction and provision of educational development opportunities for all staff involved in teaching and support of learning.
Warwick International Higher Education Academy (WIHEA)
The Academy is the UK's first institutional academy of educators for staff and students engaged in the advancement of learning and teaching excellence.
Institute for Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL)
IATL's core business is to create innovative and collaborative pedagogies in interdisciplinary and international environments.
Technology Enhanced Learning
The Academic Technology team provide training, advice, support, guidance and consultancy to academics using technology to enhance and support research, teaching and learning.
The Audio Visual Services team are responsible for the specification, installation and maintenance of all Audio Visual equipment on campus. We also provide a range of technical services to support teaching, learning and the business needs of Warwick’s staff and students.
Academic Governance & Quality Assurance
On behalf of the Senate, Education Committee has responsibility for the development and oversight of the implementation of the University’s Education Strategy.

Faculty Education Committee (Science, Engineering and Medicine)
Faculty Education Committees consider Faculty-level implementation of the University's Education Strategy and report to the Faculty Boards and Education Committee.
Education Policy and Quality (EPQ)
The Education Policy and Quality team works on institutional and faculty quality assurance and enhancement activities and projects, and also services institutional and faculty academic governance frameworks.
