HELP SERVICE AVAILABLE FROM JULY 2021

This form should only be used to request support with building learning designs using technology (for example, Moodle courses).

If your request relates to a problem that has occured during the operation of your learning design (e.g. students can't access a Moodle course), then please use the procedures on the Operating page.

We have limited resource available, but will try our best to help. In most cases we cannot do the work of building content, but can help you, your colleagues and your students to acquire the necessaery skills and knowledge.

We may use the data anonymously to assess demand for services.
