Introduction

The project held several meetings in Nairobi in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Details of discussions can be found in Resources. In the London Meeting of July 2018, a day was spent working with scenarios tailored to the Kenyan public service. We followed this up with a visit to Nairobi in July 2019 to develop further work on scenarios.
