All our courses require a minimum of grade B/grade 6 in English Language and Mathematics at GCSE or equivalent
General entrance requirements
Applicants must satisfy the University's General Entrance Requirements.
General Studies and Critical Thinking (A Levels) are not accepted for our courses of study.
You will also need to meet our English Language requirements.
Access to HE Diploma
We will consider applicants presenting the Access to HE Diploma (QAA recognised), including appropriate subjects with distinction grades in level 3 units.
Taking a gap year
Applications for deferred entry welcomed.
Warwick may make differential offers to students in a number of circumstances. These include students participating in the Realising Opportunities programme, or who meet two of the contextual data criteria. Differential offers will be one or two grades below Warwick’s standard offer (to a minimum of BBB). For specific contextual offers for each of our courses, please see the information on the left.
We do not typically interview applicants. Offers are made based on your UCAS form which includes predicted and actual grades, your personal statement and school reference.
Second personal statement
We do ask applicants who meet, or are predicted to meet, the minimum entry requirements to submit a second personal statement to Warwick which addresses their reasons for applying to the course. We’ll contact applicants directly to request the second personal statement and provide guidance at that time.
Please see our FAQs page for questions and answers about our entry requirements and your application.
