I want to share my experience with the STS training program. In my opinion, it was an exceptional opportunity for interdisciplinary learning and teamwork. The program was meticulously designed to provide a holistic education on a wide range of topics related to sustainability and resilience. What I found most beneficial was the opportunity to interact with other participants from diverse backgrounds, which enabled me to understand better how resilience and sustainability are interpreted and applied across various disciplines.

The program was enriched by the participation of guest speakers who shared their skills and opinion with us. Their presentations were informative and inspiring, and I learned a great deal from their perspectives. However, what I found most intriguing was the individual presentations from each participant. It was fascinating to observe the diverse interpretations and applications of resilience and sustainability across different academic fields.

The program's biggest advantage was the chance to connect with other researchers from different academic disciplines. This enabled us to learn from each other and engage in thought-provoking discussions during group activities.
